Classes

A typical class may include:

Warm up (typically skipping/dynamic stretches)

Footwork (learn the basics/shadow boxing)

Circuits/strength and condition

Bag work

Cool down

 

Due to current covid restrictions we are unable to do any contact/technical work or sparring.

 

Classes

Junior classes 10 - 17 years

5 days a week Monday to Friday

6pm - 7pm

Ladies classes

Tuesday and Thursday 

7.15pm - 8.00pm

 

Senior classes

Tuesday 8.15pm - 9.15pm

Saturday 10.30am - 11.30am
