A typical class may include:

Warm up (typically skipping/dynamic stretches)

Footwork (learn the basics/shadow boxing)

Circuits/strength and condition

Bag work

Cool down

sparring/contact for boxers



Junior classes 9 - 17 years

Monday and Wednesday 5.15pm - 6.45pm

Tuesday 5.00pm - 6.15pm (Invite only)


8.00am - 9.30am recreational and beginners

9.30am - 10.45am boxers (Invite only)

Ladies classes

Tuesday and Thursday 

6.30pm - 7.30pm


Senior classes

Monday and Thursday  7.30pm - 9.00pm

Saturday 12.00pm - 1.30pm
